The badge is free, and it is not for sale.

One says what we measured. The other says where you placed.

The Certification Score is computed for a firm, not for one of its practice areas, so the tier badge names no practice. It reads LFL Verified 2026and it means the gates were checked and the score computed from public records.

Position is a different measurement and a narrower one. A ranking is scoped to a city and a practice, so a ranking badge can name both, and it says the whole thing: not "top ten" but ranked 1st of 20, with the size of the field in it. A firm in the first 10 of a ranking earns one, every year, for every ranking it is in.

Goodwin Law, P.A. is why the two are separate. It is first of twenty for real estate in Naples and its tier is Verified rather than Certified. Both are true. A single badge saying "Certified in Real Estate" would be neither, and we would have made it up.

The two rules

Link it back. The badge has to link to your profile on this site, because the point of it is that somebody can check. An award nobody can verify is decoration.

Do not edit the file. Hotlink it from this domain rather than saving a copy. That is not about bandwidth. The file is rebuilt every time we re-measure, so the badge on your site keeps telling the truth on its own: if your tier changes, it changes, and if you stop qualifying it stops being served. Everyone else in this industry hands out a picture that says the same thing for ever. That is exactly the difference we are selling.

What it costs

Nothing, and there is no version that costs something. The annual listing on /list-your-firm/ buys a followed link, your logo and the reviews you want quoted. It does not buy a badge, a point, a gate, a tier or a position, and the firms above paid for none of this.

How to get yours

Open your own profile and look for Show this on your site. The badge, both colour versions and the code to paste are all there. If your firm is listed and you cannot find the section, you have not earned one yet, and the profile says which gate is open.
