Tell us what we got wrong.

We publish measured values with their sources so they can be checked, which only works if there is a way to tell us when one is wrong. Corrections from firms are read and acted on.

One address for everything. The links below open a message with the subject already filled in, which helps us route it and helps you get a faster answer.

Something on a profile is wrong

Tell us which firm, which value, what it should say, and where we can verify it. Every measured value on a profile names its source and date, so point at the one that disagrees with your records. A correction that holds up is applied to the profile and to anything built from it.

You disagree with a score

A firm can appeal its Certification Score, and the methodology commits us to reviewing an appeal within 30 days. Say which sub-factor you are appealing and what evidence you would like weighed: a docket, a filing, a policy page we missed.

You want to manage your firm’s profile

Claiming is free. It lets a firm keep its offices, phone, practice areas, languages and fee terms current, and submit case results with a docket for verification. It does not affect the score, the eligibility gates or the tier. Those stay ours to measure. Write from an address at the firm’s own domain so we can tell it is you.

A privacy request

To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. The answer is usually very little: this site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and has no accounts. Our privacy policy says exactly what happens when you load a page.

What we cannot help with

We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, review your case, or refer you to a lawyer. If you need advice about a legal matter, contact a licensed attorney directly. The firms in this directory publish their own phone numbers on their profiles, and most state bar associations run a referral service.

We also cannot take a firm’s payment to change a score, a gate or a tier. That is not a policy we bend for anyone; it is the reason the score is worth anything. See how we make money.
